Number game Psych Home

An exercise for improving your ability to cut out audio distractions, based on a UK national coaching foundation session. You can also use it to check your progress.

Print out the table of numbers here, with a font size around 10-12 point.
Either record yourself reading the script here, or get a friend to read it while you do the exercise.
The object is to find all pairs of numbers in a given row that add up to 11, and underline each number in the pair. You can only underline a number once.
At the end of the exercise, which should be timed, add up the number of pairs found; that's your score for the exercise.

- "No crossing out, now"
- "No, that can't be right."
